It is said that Giuseppe Garibaldi and his wife Anita passed the night of the 12 th July 1849 here, during the escape of his Army from Rome to Perugia. >>>

Guest house Casa delle rose
Located in the old part of the little town of San Gemini, the "Casa delle rose" was created following accurate restoration work of an estate dating back to the XVIII century.
The house - that comprises two flats and a one - room flat - is highly evocative of the old and still vivid hospitality of San Gemini. The town is in fact a member of the Association of "most beautiful Medieval Towns" in Italy and it has also joined the "Slow Movement" that gives priority to quality of life. The comfortable rooms offer a charming atmosphere of personality and taste, a warm welcome to the guest. The panoramic terraces boast multi-coloured roses, enchanting the guest's eyes on his arrival and offering their colours and scents throughout his stay.
